The DuBois Vocal Arts Ensemble is a mixed group of amateur singers and musicians who live in the DuBois, Pennsylvania area. The group produces two major concerts each year. The choral repertoire ranges from popular arrangements to contemporary choral works to classical favorites.
DVAE also performs for local events, provides musical support for theater productions at the Reitz, and visits local nursing homes and care centers to spread musical cheer to the residents. At many concerts, the group works with local instrumentalists who provide orchestral accompaniment during the concerts.
The director is Eloise Kosko, a music educator for many years in the DuBois Area School System.
